    台北市議員王世堅，今年初接受媒體訪問時，影射台北市府前顧問洪智坤收遠雄鉅款協調大巨蛋爭議，洪憤而提告。台北地院認為，王世堅無法證明洪收了遠雄的錢，不實言論已貶損洪的名譽，昨判王拘役50天、得易科罰金5萬元，全案可上訴。

    王世堅還表示，這個傳聞聽說是遠雄在法院接受偵查的時侯，他們去透露出來的案外案，無論是洪智坤其他什麼理由，或是因為遠雄大巨蛋收賄，洪因此要辭職，柯文哲市長都應該把話講清楚。洪認為這些都是不實的言論，對王提起自訴。
